Alissa Keny-Guyer was sworn in this afternoon in the House chambers to be the new state representative for Oregon's 46th district. Keny-Guyer replaces Ben Cannon, who resigned last month to become Governor John Kitzhaber's education policy adviser. I sat down with Representative Keny-Guyer in her new office at the capitol, just hours after she took the oath of office. Here's our conversation:
